ScheduleMonday - Friday 7am-4pm Compensation$26 per hour What You Will Do: Technician I team members perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs according to dealership and manufacturer standards. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Perform work outlined on Repair Orders (ROs) efficiently and accurately. Review ROs for time requirements, waiters, and service details. Inspect vehicles for existing damage and note findings. Install seat and steering wheel covers; perform safety inspections. Inspect lighting, wipers, tires, fluids, belts, hoses, and leaks. Rack vehicles and complete under-vehicle inspections. Inspect driveline, brakes, exhaust, suspension, and steering components. Document recommendations clearly and submit ROs for advisor review. Perform approved services and upsell work when appropriate. Reset maintenance reminder lights and complete documentation. Road test vehicles to ensure quality and safety. Return vehicles clean and restored to original condition. Communicate job completion and findings to dispatcher, advisors, or leadership. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: 2 years automotive technician experience required. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to drive manuals preferred. Deep understanding of automobiles and speedy diagnostic abilities. Effective analytical and communication skills and eagerness to improve. Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications. Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment. High School Diploma or GED (required).
