We are a very busy dealership with steady workflow. Our Technicians must have exceptional customer service, willingness to learn and take direction, polished verbal and written skills, with up-to-date vehicle knowledge, and thrives in fast paced and dynamic environment. Expectations: · Able to troubleshoot diagnostics performing Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on new cars using, AllData, and Kdealer. · Understanding & Knowledgeable of parts, hand-tools, methods, techniques, and wide variety of electrical test equipment to preform maintenance or repair vehicles including scanning tools, testing, operating scopes, hydraulic, diagnosis, brakes, HVAC service, and repair of electronic modules and systems · Comfortable with using chemicals, fluids, lubricants, exposure to fumes, and cleaning products · Effectively handle multiple priorities, organizing your workload throughout your day to meet deadlines for the week · Supporting your team, ordering shop supplies and parts when needed, keeping track of expenses, and materials · Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and the service bay · Performing any additional task assigned by management, as well as working closely with the Service Advisor and Foreman to maintain great communication for the customers vehicle, as well as other departments within the dealership to add value to job accomplishments Qualifications: · Must be proficient in working with multiple programs on computer at once. (Dealer Management System(s), Outlook, MS Office, Tablet, etc.) · Ability to follow oral and written instructions with attention to detail · Willingness to learn new and innovative automotive technologies · Absolutely must possess an engaging and professional appearance · Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating, and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Requirements: · Minimum Automotive Technician Experience of at least 1 year is required · Available for all shifts, including Saturdays – off Sundays · Factory Trained / OEM Training – Preferred · Certification to repair A/C Services – preferred · Must have and maintain a valid driver license and an acceptable and safe driving record. · Must be able to a background check and drug screen – we do not test for marijuana Benefits: · Support and Training that will provide you with the skills you need to succeed. · Flexible Family Friendly Schedules. · Benefits – Medical and Dental. · Outstanding Work environment with even better Company Events. · Employee Discounts and Programs. · Opportunities to Advance and Grow within the Company.
