About the Opportunity: The Lead IT Systems Engineer role is focused on modernizing and optimizing identity management, workflow automation, and the employee technology experience. This position leads efforts in identity and access management, workflow engineering, onboarding automation, and virtual desktop infrastructure to improve operational efficiency, security, and service quality. The role directly impacts how technology enhances employee productivity and organizational growth.3. Responsibilities:Design and manage automated identity lifecycle processes across cloud and business applicationsDevelop role-based access controls and enforce least-privilege access with periodic reviewsConfigure and optimize Jira and Jira Service Management workflows and automationDevelop automated onboarding processes coordinating IT, HR, and hiring managersEngineer and support virtual desktop infrastructure including image design and application deliveryIdentify opportunities for IT process automation and system integration using APIs and scriptingSupport security and compliance initiatives related to identity governance and infrastructureCreate operational dashboards, technical documentation, and performance reportingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions4. Requirements:Education or equivalent experience in Computer Science, IT, or related fieldStrong experience with identity and access management platforms such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Active DirectoryProficiency configuring Jira and Jira Service Management including automation and dashboardsExperience with virtual desktop infrastructure platforms like Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, VMware Horizon, or Windows 365Skills in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) and API integrationAnalytical problem-solving and project management capabilitiesExcellent communication skills for cross-department collaborationExperience in healthcare, health insurance, or benefits-related industries preferred5.
