This role focuses on building employer relationships, driving placements, and supporting candidates through the hiring process.Key Responsibilities:Prospect and develop new employer partnershipsMatch candidates to open roles and support interview prepManage client relationships and follow up on placementsQualifications:2+ years of B2B sales experienceStrong communication and relationship-building skillsOrganized and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesGoal-driven with a proactive, self-starter mindsetAdditional Details:ScheduleMonday–Friday, 8:00–4:00, 8:30–4:30, or 9:00–5:00; 35 hours/week with a 1-hour unpaid lunch.Work Environment: Business casual, onsite daily, surface lot parkingBonus eligibility based on successful placements
