Our multidisciplinary team delivers advanced neurological care, innovative therapies, and coordinated treatment plans designed to support patients throughout their recovery journey.Position OverviewSynapseTBI is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Representative to support growth and referral development in the Kansas City region. This role will focus on building partnerships with healthcare providers, clinics, legal professionals, and community organizations to expand awareness of SynapseTBI's specialized neurological services. The ideal candidate is highly personable, self-motivated, and comfortable managing relationships in the healthcare or medical services space.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, medical practices, rehabilitation clinics, and other healthcare referral partnersEstablish and grow partnerships with personal injury law firms and legal professionals who support clients with traumatic brain injuriesEducate referral partners on SynapseTBI's diagnostic services, treatment programs, and patient care modelConduct in-person outreach, presentations, and meetings with providers and legal offices throughout the Charleston areaIdentify new referral opportunities and expand SynapseTBI's presence within the regional medical and legal communitiesTrack outreach activities, referral growth, and partnership development using CRM toolsRepresent SynapseTBI at healthcare events, legal networking events, and community organizationsCollaborate with internal intake and clinical teams to support smooth referral coordinationQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred2+ years of experience in healthcare sales, medical device sales, pharmaceutical sales, or business development preferredStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a territoryProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systemsWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary with performance-based commissionFlexible, field-based work environmentMeaningful work supporting patients recovering from brain injuries
