Mechanical Engineer

Our integrated, single-source solutions include turnkey in-house capabilities with design assistance, as well as engineering applications and automated control systems.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**+ Familiar with different HVAC system types and their applications+ HVAC systems selection, sizing, and design (ductwork and piping)+ Experienced with Mechanical Codes and Energy Efficiency Standards+ Engineering experience with energy efficiency, developing or supporting performance-based projects or energy services+ Perform Heating, Cooling Load Calculations and Title 24 Compliance calculations using Energy-Pro and eQuest programs+ Assist with developing ability to conduct job site surveys and help to analyze solutions and installation sequencing.+ Other duties may include copying/printing/scanning, assembly of equipment submittal packages, assistance in preparing work scope and other tasks as assigned.+ Ability to manage multiple deadlines+ Ability to write technical proposals and reports**Qualifications**+ Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering+ 1+ years' experience in HVAC Design+ CEM, EIT highly preferred+ Knowledge of OSHPD codes are a plus+ Independent decision making is required+ Computer skills using MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Project and Adobe Acrobat.
