Candidates can expect a professional, transparent recruitment process designed to align their experience and goals with the right opportunities.Role Description The .Net Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies on both the front end and back end. Day-to-day tasks include building and consuming APIs, implementing user interfaces, writing clean and testable code, troubleshooting and resolving defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product managers, designers, and QA engineers. The developer will participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural decisions, optimize application performance, and ensure secure, scalable solutions aligned with business requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ, requiring regular collaboration with team members and stakeholders at the office.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong backend development skills with .NET (C#, ASP.NET/Core), RESTful APIs, and database technologies such as SQL Server or similar relational databases.Candidates should possess front-end development skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks or libraries such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.Candidates should possess experience with full stack application architecture, integration between front-end and back-end components, and familiarity with MVC/MVVM patterns.Candidates should possess skills in version control, build and deployment tools, and collaborative development workflows (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines, code review practices).Candidates should possess knowledge of software testing practices, including unit testing, integration testing, and debugging techniques to maintain code quality.Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.Relevant experience with cloud platforms (such as Azure), security best practices, and performance optimization is beneficial.A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
