Office Manager

This role is the heartbeat of the office. You'll help keep our team organized and our systems running smoothly. You'll work closely with our agents, creating order, supporting people, and being the steady presence behind a successful team to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.The team is hard-working and collaborative. We are looking for someone to be the face of the office. Someone with a genuine smile and willing to walk beside our agents, marketing director, and broker/owner.Responsibilities:Make sure office policies are adhered to and reflect our company's high standardsEnsure office systems are efficient and effective including filing systems, schedules, budget, maintenance, and stockMaintain front-facing relationships with customers, contractors, service providers, and vendorsExecute other office administration and human resources tasks as assignedOversee our day-to-day operations, manage administrative assistants, and perform secretarial dutiesQualifications:• 2 years of management experience or similar work experience requiredGeneral computer skills with Microsoft Office or similar systemsHigh school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalentDisplays strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skillsAbout Company:Hi!
