Toolbox Health is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the team at our private, on-site, employer clinic serving approximately 250 - 300 employees. In this role you will collaborate with other health professionals to deliver insightful, compassionate care that has a positive impact on the well-being of factory employees and those employed at the Bowling Green, OH, clinic. This position offers practitioners the opportunity to work with a population that has a difficult time accessing traditional healthcare with benefits + flexible hours + no-nights/weekends/on-call + personalized experiences w/ a low-census + opportunities for growth. Impt Details: Part time - 20 - 32 hours/weekly - Days - w/ flexible scheduling; no nights/weekends/on-call Bowling Green, OH Responsibilities Include: Primary Care: Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to factory employees, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, conducting physical exams, and ensuring employees' overall well-being. Urgent Care: Respond promptly to and administer care for urgent on-site medical cases, accidents, and injuries. Interdisciplinary Care: Coordinate with off-site healthcare providers and specialists for employee referrals and continuity of care. Prescribing Medications: Prescribe appropriate medications following established guidelines and monitor medication management, educating patients on proper usage. Record-keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting medical histories, treatments, and prescribed medications in accordance with legal and ethical standards. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, protocols, and industry standards, including occupational health and safety guidelines. Clinic Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including supply inventory, and equipment maintenance. Administrative: Related to patient care, including scheduling, answering calls, patient intake, and documentation. Hands on testing, lab draws, and urine testing. Health Promotion: Conduct health education sessions and wellness programs to improve the overall health and well-being of employees. Employee Relationship Building: Work to establish relationships with factory employees, promoting trust and a compassionate healthcare environment. Must-Have, Requirements: Must be licensed in Ohio, USA BLS and CPR certification Must have a clean license with no malpractice reports Bilingual in English and Spanish great to have!
