Sales Manager
Sales Manager - Miami, FL (on-site) Execute sales strategies developed by headquarters and the Latin America Office. This role oversees sales and marketing operations for our product portfolio, ensuring alignment with regional business objectives and maximizing revenue and profitability through strategic planning, execution, and relationship management.Key Responsibilities:Direct and coordinate all operations related to sales and marketing of electronic products across assigned geographies. Set and implement sales and marketing targets for divisions. Develop, adapt, and execute regional sales and marketing policies and strategies to achieve sales and profit goals. Monitor strategy execution, identify obstacles to goal achievement, and devise action plans to address challenges. Provide strategic direction for new business initiatives and cross-business opportunities. Plan and manage budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation aligned with sales and marketing objectives. Conduct competitive and strategic market analysis to inform decision-making. Cultivate and expand relationships with existing and prospective customers in the region. Manage Key Account Managers for both Open Market and Carrier channels, ensuring effective relationship management, sales execution, and team performance. Maximize revenue and profit by planning and executing channel-specific sales strategies in line with regional business objectives. Foster trust and collaboration with channel partners to drive sales growth and operational efficiency. Establish and review sales targets to support ongoing business and channel partner growth, while motivating and supporting the team. Oversee order management, ensuring accuracy and fulfillment of open quantities, pricing, SKUs, and order conditions. Lead and mentor small professional teams, providing guidance, coaching, and performance supervision. Implement short-term action plans, continuously enhancing processes and supporting successful outcomes. Independently manage assignments, determining the best methods and procedures to achieve objectives. Qualifications:Minimum 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 7 years with a Master's degree Minimum 5 years of experience within a multi-national organization Spanish language proficiency (preferred) Strong expertise in sales, marketing, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
