Work closely with the kitchen to ensure every dish meets high standards and reflects the integrity of a scratch kitchen. Lead from the Floor and the LineOperate with a hands-on approach—supporting both front and back of house to ensure seamless execution and a consistent guest experience. Deliver Memorable Guest ExperiencesEngage with guests, gather feedback, and ensure every visit exceeds expectations. Take pride in creating experiences that keep guests coming back. Develop and Inspire the TeamCoach and support both culinary and service teams. Help build a culture focused on accountability, pride in the product, and continuous growth. Drive Daily OperationsAssist in managing day-to-day operations including service execution, cleanliness, and efficiency while maintaining high standards across the board.
