You’ll dive into data, optimize strategies, and explore new digital avenues in influencer marketing.Role DescriptionThis is an on-site role with flexibility to be hybrid before the event days. We’re looking for an Event Manager Intern to help coordinate unforgettable experiences for Beaute in Tech event in Los Angeles (October 14 - 20). Your organizational skills will shine as you manage logistics and vendor relationships.ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and executing engaging events for Beaute in Tech.Coordinate logistics and manage vendor partnerships for events in SF and LA.Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event execution.QualificationsDemonstrated ability to manage logistics with precision. Attention to the smallest details is critical to ensuring a smooth event.Extremely organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. You’re proactive, always two steps ahead in anticipating event needs.Experience with project management tools (Trello, Asana, etc.) is a plus.Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with vendors, team members, and event participants.Ability to think quickly and resolve unexpected challenges calmly and efficiently during live events.Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.Our Culture:We believe in freedom—you’re here to work, not to be micromanaged.
