HVAC Service Technician

Job Description Residential HVAC service and repairs. Job requires knowledge of boilers - both hot water and steam, forced air, electrical diagnostic, low voltage controls, gas piping repair, ductless systems, Tankless Domestic Hot Water systems, AC /ASHP Diagnostics, hydronic distribution, Manual J, Manual D And Manual S. Job has on call rotation. Applicant must be willing to take service calls after hours during the assigned rotation for on call.Service Tech will back up install crew by assisting with commissioning new systems as needed. Job is hourly with addons for on call and sales incentives.HVAC Service Techs with NATE or BPI Certifications will be given first priority.HVAC positions require candidates to take an exam at the interview to determine their real knowledge and competency levels in the field.Company DescriptionGoing Green in NY is a professional opportunity for those who want to make the environment and homes healthier.
