This role will partner closely with Change Management and business teams to drive end-to-end training activities across impacted audiences.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute training and enablement strategiesConduct audience impact analysis and readiness planningCreate training materials, FAQs, decks, and communicationsPartner with stakeholders, SMEs, and project teamsCoordinate training schedules, reviews, and delivery activitiesSupport agile-based transformation initiativesMust-Have Skills:7+ years in Training, Instructional Design, or Change ManagementEnterprise-level training and stakeholder management experienceStrong communication and organizational skillsExperience with training/content development toolsAbility to manage end-to-end enablement activitiesIndustry Experience:Enterprise transformation or digital modernization programsConsulting background preferredExperience in large enterprise environments requiredMarketing or retail transformation experience is a plusABOUT AKRAYAAkraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm consistently recognized for our commitment to excellence and a thriving work environment.
