Training Analyst
Position Overview:InnoActive Group are leaders in providing project management and technology advisory primarily in public agencies and Fortune 500 entities. InnoActive Group has managed various construction and technology projects ranging in size from small projects to multi-billion-dollar capital programs.We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Training Analyst to support the design, development, and delivery of formal training programs within construction and energy sector environments. Operating in a consultancy-style role, the Training Analyst will work closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to analyze business processes, document requirements, and translate complex project and operational concepts into clear, practical training materials. Key Responsibilities:Support and deliver formal training programs across construction and energy sector projectsAnalyze and document business processes, workflows, and requirements to identify training needsTranslate project, operational, and systems requirements into effective training materials and learning assetsDevelop training content including presentations, job aids, user guides, and reference documentationPlan, support, and facilitate training sessions and workshops in project and client-facing environmentsCollaborate with project teams, subject matter experts, and client stakeholders in a consultancy settingSupport change enablement by aligning training with project delivery milestonesMaintain and update training materials to reflect evolving project requirements, systems, and processesProvide support related to project controls concepts such as cost, schedule, risk, and reporting, as applicable to training initiativesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Experience supporting or delivering formal training programs, preferably in construction or energy sector environmentsBusiness analyst type background, including process documentation, requirements gathering, and enablementAbility to develop high-quality training materials for technical and project-based audiencesExperience supporting or facilitating workshops and structured learning sessionsExposure to consultancy or client-facing delivery modelsFamiliarity with project controls concepts within large or complex projects preferredIf you are a results-driven, analytical thinker with a passion for ensuring successful project delivery, then we want to hear from you.
