We take pride in fostering a culture of empathy and excellence in everything we do.Job description:Caregiver / PCA / CNA – In-Home Care (5 Days/Week, 7 Hours Daily)Location: Loganville, GASchedule: 5 days per week, 7 hours per dayClient Type: Elderly Male (In-Home Care)Position OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Caregiver / PCA / CNA to provide in-home support for an 83-year-old male client. The client resides with his spouse and family and requires daily assistance due to mobility limitations, cognitive impairment, and overall health decline.This is a hands-on caregiving role ideal for someone who is patient, attentive, and comfortable assisting with both personal care and mobility support.Client Condition SummaryMemory impairment requiring frequent reminders and supervisionLimited mobility; uses a rollator walker and wheelchairPoor balance with high fall riskExperiences weakness, joint pain, and fatigueRequires frequent rest breaks throughout the dayIncontinent (bowel and bladder) and uses protective suppliesResponsibilitiesAssist with activities of daily living (ADLs):Bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene careToileting and incontinence careProvide safe mobility assistance:Transfers (bed, chair, wheelchair)Support during ambulation and wheelchair usePrepare meals and assist with feeding as neededPerform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing)Assist with errands and accompany client to medical appointmentsProvide medication reminders (if applicable)Monitor client’s condition and report any changesOffer companionship and emotional supportRequirementsExperience as a Caregiver, PCA, HHA, or CNA preferredExperience with mobility assistance and fall preventionComfortable providing incontinence careReliable transportationAbility to follow care plans and maintain professionalismCompassionate, patient, and dependablePreferred QualificationsExperience working with elderly clients with mobility challenges and memory impairmentKnowledge of safe transfer techniquesCPR/First Aid certificationJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractAbility to Commute:Loganville, GA 30052 (Required)Work Location: In person
