Controller

Ideal Partners Staffing is assisting a growing company in central Fort Worth in securing a Controller to join their dynamic team. This Controller will serve as a key strategic and operational partner with a true opportunity to shape the financial infrastructure of a growing platform.This role is in office daily. The Controller will be responsible for:Full accounting for fund entities and related investment vehiclesPreparing monthly and quarterly GAAP financial statements across multiple entitiesCoordinating on NAV calculations, capital calls, distribution processing and investor allocationsReviewing K-1 packages and assisting tax advisors on returnsLeading cash forecasting and treasury operationsThe ideal Controller candidate will bring:Seven or more years of progressive experience, including at least three years in fund accountingPartnership accounting and waterfall mechanics Experience within an SEC-registered RIAAn active CPA designation
