We proudly serve commercial, industrial, retail, and multi‐family properties with a commitment to integrity, technical expertise, and exceptional customer service.As our operations expand, we are seeking a forward‐thinking Supply Chain Supervisor who can not only manage daily procurement and inventory movements—but also build the processes, systems, and structure that will define our future supply chain function.Position SummaryThe Supply Chain Supervisor is the single point of accountability for purchasing, vendor management, inventory control, material readiness, and logistics across all Integrity Fire Safety Services locations. This role ensures technicians receive accurate, complete, job‐ready materials—directly improving margins, job cost performance, and technician productivity.A major focus of this role is creating standardized supply chain processes and embedding them into our new ERP system . The Supervisor will define workflows, clean and structure large sets of inventory and purchasing data, establish system rules, and ensure consistent adoption across multiple locations. You will help shape the operational backbone that supports scalable, efficient growth.Key ResponsibilitiesERP Implementation, Data Integrity & Process DesignLead the design, documentation, and rollout of standardized supply chain processes (purchasing, receiving, inventory control, material staging) across all Colorado locations.Define supply chain requirements for the new ERP system , collaborating with accounting, operations, and the implementation partner to configure modules effectively.Ensure clean, accurate data by reviewing existing items, categories, vendors, pricing, and inventory records; oversee data migration tasks as needed.Develop system workflows for PO creation, approvals, receiving, inventory movements, cycle counts, truck stock replenishment, and job‐costed materials.Test, validate, and continuously refine ERP functions to ensure they support real-world supply chain operations.Train users and enforce system adoption , ensuring processes are followed consistently across offices.Drive continuous improvement of both system and process performance.Procurement & PurchasingLead sourcing, purchasing, and tracking of materials for all alarm, sprinkler, and life‐safety projects.Negotiate pricing, terms, discounts, and long‐term supplier agreements to reduce cost and improve margin.Issue accurate purchase orders and ensure timely material delivery.Monitor purchase price variance and drive cost‐saving initiatives.Vendor & Supplier ManagementServe as the primary liaison for all vendors and suppliers.Maintain strong vendor relationships ensuring competitive pricing and reliable service.Monitor supplier performance on cost, quality, and delivery.Inventory & Warehouse OperationsStandardize and enforce inventory control procedures across all locations.Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure accurate cycle counts and reconciliations.Develop and maintain documentation for inventory controls, item master structure, and stock management.Take ownership of inventory accuracy and cost accountability.Material Staging & LogisticsPrepare and stage complete job kits for scheduled projects.Coordinate incoming shipments, inter‐office transfers, and job site material distribution.Track lead times and proactively identify and resolve supply challenges.Field Technician & Operations SupportCollaborate with field leadership to establish standardized truck stock lists aligned with service and project needs.Reduce mid‐job parts runs through strong planning and material readiness.Improve technician productivity by ensuring timely and accurate material preparation.Reporting, Metrics & Cost ControlDevelop supply‐chain reporting within the ERP system, including PO accuracy, inventory turns, cost trends, and vendor performance.Maintain precise documentation of POs, invoices, receipts, and inventory transactions.Contribute directly to improvements in: Material marginsJob cost performanceInventory accuracyTechnician productivityCross‐Location AlignmentTravel to other Colorado offices several times per month to ensure consistent workflows, controls, and system usage across all locations.Organizational Development & Team LeadershipDefine future supply chain roles needed to support growth (e.g., buyers, warehouse associates, inventory specialists).Participate in hiring by helping develop job descriptions, interviewing candidates, and recommending hires.Supervise and develop the supply chain team as roles are added, including coaching, performance feedback, scheduling, and process training.Establish expectations, metrics, and accountability for team performance.Qualifications3–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or inventory management (fire/life‐safety preferred).Experience leading inventory-management system implementation within an ERP system (NetSuite preferred).Strong understanding of fire protection materials and industry terminology.Proven ability to supervise, train, or mentor others; leadership experience preferred.Excellent process‐design, documentation, and system‐training skills.Strong negotiation ability and vendor management experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Colorado.Ability to lift/move 25–50 lbs.Highly organized with strong attention to detail in a fast‐paced environment.CompensationSalary: $65,000–$75,000 (DOE)Job Type: Full‐timeWhat We OfferCompetitive payUnlimited PTO after 90 days401(k) with company matchHealth, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurance & voluntary benefitsCompany phoneCompany credit cardCompany vehicle or allowance (if applicable)Employee assistance programProfessional development assistanceOpportunities for career advancementHoliday payReferral bonusesBonus opportunitiesLogo attire providedAccident, critical illness & hospital indemnity benefitsPet insurancePowered by JazzHR
