The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all of the company's vehicle operations, including the management of fleet maintenance, equipment inventory, driver safety training, and compliance with DOT regulatory requirements. Additionally, the candidate must develop and maintain relationships with vendors and identify opportunities to reduce operating costs while maintaining high-quality service delivery to our Field Operations Team.QualificationsStrong supervisory, organizational, and analytical skillsExperience in fleet and/or operations managementFamiliarity with DOT regulatory compliance requirements and transportation safety best practicesAbility to manage multiple priorities, projects, and tasks simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in the environmental services industry preferredBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
