The OpportunityManage the development and implementation process for the Digital Enablement and Care team, focusing on Helpx, Community, Assistants and App store surfacesCoordinate departmental and cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new features and content/or upgrading the existing productResponsible for projects from initiation through delivery including planning and maintaining schedulesLead cross-functional activities and teams, ensuring completion of high-quality projects on time and within budgetWhat you'll DoProactively drive program execution and associated scope, timeline, and resources with minimal guidanceEvaluate existing processes and procedures; identify and drive improvements; clarify roles and responsibilities across various organizationsEngage with regional teams for international deployment of capabilities and contentAnalyze scope needed to achieve program goals, assess resource requirements, budgeting, lead change controlDevelop detailed, cross-team project or program plans that take into account all requirements, constraints, resources, and results associated with defined objectivesAggregate, organize, and synthesize program and project information in order to communicate with extended team and managementClearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired program outcomesCoordinate and run operational, project, and executive check-in meetingsWork closely with Product Managers to build clear roadmaps/project plans and clarify requirementsEstablish credibility with peers and be a driving force for change when neededPerform risk management: identify, analyze, respond, and control risks, resolve project-specific issues and partner concerns in a timely mannerDeliver clear status communication to project teams, partners, and leadership teamsDrive tactical decisions for projects that are under your direct responsibility rt TextInsert TextWhat you need to succeedBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceMinimum of 7-12 years of program/project management experience preferably with large enterprise web projects with a focus on customer experienceHands on experience with Agile & project management methodologies with confirmed leadership capabilitiesSolid understanding of Web technologies, including web content management systems and workflowsKnowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, Project, SharePoint, JIRA, and WikiExcellent business partner management and presentation skillsDesired traits: Driver, Organized, Articulate, Attention to detail, Flexible, Creative and High EQAbout AdobeAdobe empowers everyone to create through innovative platforms and tools that unleash creativity, productivity and personalized customer experiences. The U.S. pay range for this position is $124,300 -- $234,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.In California, the pay range for this position is $162,000 - $234,600At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
