Pile Driver

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Pile Driver to join our construction team. This position involves installing driven piles for foundations, small bridges, bulkheads, and other structural applications. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with pile driving equipment, understands jobsite safety, and can work efficiently in demanding field conditions. Responsibilities:Perform pile driving operations using diesel, hydraulic, or vibratory hammersAssist with layout, positioning, and alignment of pilesWork closely with crane operators, riggers, and foremen to execute daily tasksInspect piles and equipment prior to installationMaintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsiteFollow project plans, specifications, and safety requirementsPerform general labor tasks related to pile driving operations as needed Requirements:Minimum 3 + years of pile driving experienceExperience working around cranes and heavy equipmentStrong understanding of jobsite safety proceduresAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsPhysically capable of performing demanding manual laborReliable transportation and strong attendance Preferred xmcpwfu Qualifications:Experience with bridge and heavy civil constructionAbility to read basic plans or shop drawings Compensation & Benefits:Competitive hourly pay based on experienceOvertime opportunitiesPer diem (if applicable)401(k) with company matchSteady work with opportunities for advancement
