We have been delivering reliable design of complex electrical systems for over 20 years and are a pioneer in the development of engineering and controls automation.Job Type: Full-Time +, ExemptPay: Competitive, SalaryEssential Functions & Responsibilities:Manage multiple projects with varying team membersWork with Clients, Business Development Staff, Managers, and Engineers to coordinate project designsWork with existing clients and new prospects to identify business opportunitiesPrepare engineering, equipment, and EPC proposals and fee estimatesPrepare management reports for internal and external useManage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and personnelProvide technical insight for alternate solutions to projects and project executionUtilize basic engineering principles and practical design solutions for scope developmentQuality control of projects managed and peer review if requiredManage billing of projects and coordinate with AP/ARTime management to deliver projects on time and within budgetWork with sub-consultant(s) to coordinate tradesAttend job meetings & coordinate activities as requiredAttend training to further enhance your dutiesAttend professional conferences and trade showsPerforms other related duties as assignedOvernight Business Travel at times may be requiredComplete and submit weekly paperwork (e.g. Timesheets, Expense Reports, etc.)Minimum Qualifications:Must be 18 years of age or olderAbility to work accurately, with attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skillsOutstanding initiative, a well-organized and strong sense of responsibilityExcellent computer knowledge and advanced skills using CAD and Microsoft Office applications are requiredEducation & Experience:BS in Engineering or Engineering ManagementThree to five years of experienceExperience with REVIT is an advantageLicense & Certifications:* Driver's License RequiredTravel:Occasional overnight stays and local day travel may be necessary. You will be responsible for providing your own transportation to and from the office and job sites. You will be reimbursed for business expenses such as tolls, parking, and business-related mileage at a rate allowable by government standards. The expenses incurred traveling to and from the office are excluded from reimbursement.Physical Requirements:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
