The ideal candidate would be a detail-oriented professional who also has problem-solving project manager experience on various project types including, but not limited to, Healthcare, Commercial, Life Sciences, Industrial, and Mission-Critical.ResponsibilitiesAs the point of contact on assigned projects, performs a variety of highly skilled duties such as assembling, coordinating, and managing multidisciplinary technical review teamsManage the design and development of MEP/FP/IT/AV/Security construction documentsInterface with engineering discipline leads for proper resource allocationEnsure interdisciplinary coordinationDirect and oversee project teams for the duration of planning, design, and constructionManage and control project progress throughout the design and construction administrationEnsure timely completion of activities and adherence to project milestonesEnsure adherence to internal project budgetsEnsure company quality assurance standards are upheldDevelop scope of work and fees for proposalsLiaise with clients and maintain client relationshipsMaintain culture of unparalleled responsivenessAssist in contract management, including scope adherence fee control and collection of receivablesFacilitates and troubleshoots a myriad of challenges associated with the development of complex systemsRespond to inquiries about projectsChair various project review and pre-submittal meetingsAttend client meetingsQualifications And ExperienceMinimum 7-10 years of experience in mechanical or electrical consulting engineeringFamiliarity with new construction and renovation projectsAbility to write reports and proposalsStrong written and oral communication skillsBS in engineering and/or Licensed Professional EngineerAbility to handle multiple assignments simultaneouslyLocation: Philadelphia, PACompensation & BenefitsThe expected base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $165,000 USD per year.
