Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from a four- year college or university
A minimum of 2 years experience in enterprise level B2B sales and account management in the area of power supply products technology
Minimum 3 years of direct , full-cycle sales experience selling power supply products to enterprise preferred.
Excellent working knowledge of MS Word , Excel and Power Point
Dynamic, motivated, driven, professional and detailed-oriented
Ability to learn and retain product specific information as it pertains to the position.
Strong presentation, communication, problem solving, multitasking, and time management skills
Ability to communicate clearly and positively to customers as well as internal team members
Job Description
Represent and sell the MEAN WELL portfolio of products to large enterprise customers
Aggressively generate and pursue sales leads to develop new sources of revenue from corporate customers to meet or exceed annual quota
Manage all stages of the sales cycle including developing leads through cold-calling, qualifying prospects, customized proposal development, contract negotiation, and project implementation
Maintain target activity levels required to support the regional sales manager role in your territory, including customer visits , lead follow up via phone call /emails , develop and increase the growth of business.
Selecting the correct products or assisting customers in making product selections based on their needs, product specifications and all other applicable regulations.
Provide periodic reports including forecast information, account status, project status, and sales opportunities
Travel extensively into territory to develop and maintain relationships with key customer contacts, present, articulate/clarify value and differentiation, and win the business in expected timeframe
Proven track record of successfully carrying quota as an individual contributor.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual quotas and key metrics.
