Join our team as a Traffic Control Supervisor responsible for managing outbound orders and ensuring on-time shipping and accuracy! Key Skills: Managing relationships with vendors and carriers Overseeing and supervising warehouse team Operating and maintaining warehouse machines Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Strong communication skills Knowledge of warehouse safety Responsibilities: Manage relationships and daily activities with third-party vendors and carriers Ensure daily closure of processes by warehouse associates Act as a liaison with Client Services regarding outbound shipments Ensure compliance with safety policies on a daily basis Supervise a team of 4 to 10 people within the warehouse Operate and maintain machines within the warehouse Utilize working knowledge of PandA technical sheet and usage Requirements: 2+ years experience in a warehouse supervisor role 4+ years experience in a general warehouse setting Bilingual (Spanish) a plus Strong communication skills Ability to operate general computer applications General working knowledge of warehouse safety Join us and be part of a dedicated team focused on efficiently managing outbound orders and maintaining warehouse safety standards!
