This role focuses on tracking orders from entry through delivery, identifying and resolving scheduling or logistics issues, and providing clear reporting to support operational and leadership decision?making. The position works closely with internal teams, customers, and logistics partners to keep plans aligned and issues addressed quickly.Key Responsibilities / Job TasksTrack export and non-retail vehicle orders from order entry through production and deliveryServe as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, coordinating with internal teams, customers, and logistics partnersIdentify order, scheduling, production, or shipping issues and work cross-functionally to resolve themMonitor forecast vs. actual performance and flag gaps or risks requiring adjustmentProduce recurring weekly reports, analyses, and presentation materials for leadership reviewsCalculate and report tracking metrics to support planning and forecast accuracySupport production and scheduling requests related to fleet and export ordersCoordinate with IT and operations teams to resolve system access, reporting, or data issuesUpdate dashboards and reports to maintain accurate, timely operational dataSupport special logistics activities and documentation as neededProvide coverage for critical tasks and assist with ad-hoc operational requests#INDOEM
