Whether you are looking for an assembly position or a career in manufacturing management, you can thrive as a member of our team.Operations InternJOB SUMMARY:We have an opportunity for an Operations Intern at our Warren location!DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensure compliance with company's quality policies, values and philosophies.Help facilitate team member training, including but not limited to onboarding, on the job training, creating and modifying content.Adhere to Quality philosophies and policies.Audit compliance to the versatility matrix, direct labor performance evaluations, etc.Actively participate in daily 5S activities.Drive safety culture and promote safety as a personal value.Comply with all national, local, and Company policies and regulations.Assist with audit processes to identify gaps in policies and procedures and implement corrective actions for any nonconformities (PVS, SOT, 5S)Validate daily operational documents.Participate in engagement activities.Actively participate in staffing and scheduling activities.Be a collaborative partner and actively communicate with all departments within the facility.All other duties as assigned.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Minimum of one year or equivalent in an accredited college pursuing a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Management, or related fieldMinimum cumulative GPA average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scalePrevious work experience preferredHighly experienced in Microsoft Office suiteKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Ability to use of data-based decision making and problem solvingAbility to plan and prioritize work activitiesMust be able to function well in a team environmentAbility to build positive relationshipsExcellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organizationComputer literacy to include Windows applications and Microsoft Office SuiteCandidates residing in California or Colorado are not eligible for remote positions.
