No.16419??? 04/01/2026### Job Description ????Position Systems Administrator Summary The Systems Administrator determines and executes the scope of IT operations within the organization. This role requires a minimum of three years of extensive experience in Microsoft Windows environments, including server and network configuration, as well as user and domain management. Essential Duties Technical support ·Provide onsite and remote support across Windows, macOS, Linux, and ThinOS environments ·Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for end-users (on-site or remote) ·Set up and configure new laptops and desktops, Wyse terminals ·Manage office hardware like printers, scanners, VoIP phones, docking stations, and Mobile devices ·Manage licenses, install, update, and patch standard business applications (Microsoft 365, Adobe, VPN clients) ·Manage user accounts, permissions, and security groups via Active Directory, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 ·Maintain an accurate asset inventory and update documentation ·Document and track user requests through ticketing systems System Administration ·Oversee the purchase arrangements, including identifying specifications, selecting models, and managing procurement paperwork ·Install and configure operating systems, proprietary software, business applications, and printers ·Maintain physical and virtual servers (VMware), and ensure high availability ·Manage ServiceDesk and support portals, monitor Windows updates ·Implement, and manage antivirus deployments, execute disaster recovery ·Provide user security awareness training · Implement, and manage backup jobs, and test/execute disaster recovery/backup protocols ·Monitor system health and lead incident response for outages Working Hours, Working style TBA *Hybrid working style Working Location Commerce or San Mateo Area in California Salary/Benefit TBA Holidays Saturdays, Sundays, and Major National Holidays Qualifications Required Skills ·Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users ·Advanced knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server operating systems ·Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting ·Security-focused mindset with experience implementing MFA, patch management cycles, and least-privilege principles ·Highly motivated to learn, adapt, and grow professionally Preferred Skills ·Automation and scripting experience (PowerShell preferred) ·Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP) ·Linux knowledge or experience (any distribution) ·Japanese language communication skills J-18808-Ljbffr
