By delivering impeccable service, the Spa Massage Therapist will uphold La Bahia Hotel & Spa's service standards (inspired by Forbes) while elevating our beachfront property.Duties/ResponsibilitiesPerform a variety of massage therapies (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy, sports massage, and customized treatments) with the highest level of professionalism.Consult with guests to assess their needs, preferences, and any medical conditions to provide tailored treatments.Maintain a clean, serene, and well-stocked treatment room in accordance with luxury spa standards.Promote spa services and retail products with expert recommendations to enhance guest experience and drive revenue.Uphold strict hygiene and sanitation protocols, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Assist in spa operations, including guest check-in/out, locker room assistance, and maintaining a relaxing ambiance.Collaborate with the spa team to ensure seamless guest experiences and exceed service expectations.Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge to provide cutting-edge treatments.Ensure compliance with luxury brand standards and hotel policies.Adhere to strict sanitation protocols (OSHA/state board compliance)Maintain impeccable grooming standards, wearing the assigned uniform exactly as specified (proper fit, cleanliness, and presentation at all times)Wear the official hotel lapel pin prominently as part of the uniform requirement, unless embroidered onto uniformPerform all other duties that may be assigned as needed by your managerThe following reflects management's definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned.
