Manufacturing Engineer

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps. *The role.* Own assembly processes for DPU modules: line design, fixtures, work instructions, and yield. *What you'll do:* * Design assembly processes and stations * Create work instructions and train the floor * Drive yield and cycle-time improvements * Own fixture and tooling development * Run DFM feedback into design *What you'll bring:* * 3+ years manufacturing engineering in electronics * IPC standards and process control fluency * Lean/Six Sigma valued * BS in engineering Alignment Engine Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
