Commercial Lines Account Manager

Role: Commercial Lines Account ManagerLocation – Portland, OR (Hybrid: 3 days in-office / 2 remote)Location: Downtown Portland, ORKey ResponsibilitiesManage and service a $600K–$700K commercial lines book of businessAct as primary day-to-day contact for client service needsHandle renewals, policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and coverage reviewsMarket accounts as needed and negotiate with carriersCollaborate closely with Producers and internal service teamsMaintain strong carrier relationshipsEnsure compliance, documentation accuracy, and timely processingIdentify cross-sell or coverage gap opportunitiesQualifications5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experienceActive Oregon Property & Casualty (P&C) LicenseStrong working knowledge of commercial coverages (GL, Property, Auto, Umbrella, Workers Comp, etc.)Experience managing mid-market accountsComfortable managing multiple deadlines and renewal cyclesSpecialty industry experience is not required.
