Position SummaryThe Executive Administrative Assistant provides high‑level administrative, operational, and strategic support to C‑suite and senior executive leadership. This is a high‑trust, high‑visibility role that functions as a proactive partner to executives, not simply an administrative resource.This position requires prior experience directly supporting C‑suite leaders, exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced environment where priorities shift frequently. The successful candidate is confident, polished, highly organized, and comfortable managing complexity with minimal direction.
