Ophthalmologist PositionWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate ophthalmologist to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will provide medical and surgical eye care services, diagnose and treat ocular conditions, and deliver exceptional patient-centered care.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessmentsDiagnose and treat ocular diseases and injuriesPrescribe medications, corrective lenses, and treatment plansPerform surgical procedures (e.g., cataract surgery, glaucoma procedures, LASIK, etc.)Collaborate with optometrists and other healthcare professionalsMaintain accurate patient records and documentationStay current with advancements in ophthalmology and best practicesQualificationsDoctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)Completion of an accredited Ophthalmology Residency ProgramBoard Certified or Board Eligible in OphthalmologyActive medical license in [State] (or eligible for licensure)Strong surgical and diagnostic skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesPreferred QualificationsFellowship training in subspecialties (e.g., Retina, Cornea, Glaucoma, Pediatric Ophthalmology)Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systemsMultilingual abilitiesCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive base salary with productivity incentivesHealth, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement plan with matching contributionsCME allowance and paid time offMalpractice insurance coverageCompensation: $425,000.00 - 450,000.00
