Location: Phoenix, AZWork Arrangement: HybridIndustry: Banking / Financial ServicesExperience: 10+ Years Overall | 7+ Years in Program/Technical Project ManagementJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong Application Development and Banking/Financial Services experience to lead complex technology programs involving application modernization, software development, system integrations, and enterprise technology initiatives.The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing end-to-end application development programs in a financial services environment, with a proven ability to work with engineering, product, architecture, QA, infrastructure, security, compliance, and business teams. Prior American Express (AMEX) experience is highly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end technology programs involving application development, modernization, integration, and digital transformation initiatives.Partner with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Application Architects, Engineering Managers, Developers, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams.Define program objectives, scope, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, resource requirements, and success criteria.Required Skills10+ years of experience in Program Management / Technical Project Management / Technology Delivery.Strong experience managing Application Development and Software Engineering programs.5+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, Payments, Credit Cards, or FinTech.
