Our client is an established independent RIA firm specializing in tax planning, wealth planning, and retirement planning for the affluent market. They are looking for a motivated junior advisor to work directly alongside their CEO. The Role:This is a unique opportunity to learn every aspect of the advisory business — client meetings, financial planning, and all facets of running a successful wealth management practice. You will work side by side with the firm's CEO on a daily basis, with the goal of being developed into the firm's future lead advisor. Who This Is For:This role is a fit for one of two people: A recent college graduate with some wealth management experience with real mentorship from day one An advisor with one to two years of experience who hasn't found the right environment yet but is still hungry, motivated, and ready to grow If you have the drive, this firm will give you the platform and the mentorship to build a real career.
