Financial Planning Associate/Paraplanner

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paraplanner / Financial Planning Associate to support our growing financial planning team. This is an in-house, primarily administrative role focused on new business processing, case preparation, and supporting the development and implementation of financial plans. This position plays an important role in onboarding new clients and supporting the ongoing service experience for existing relationships. It is ideal for someone who is licensed (or near completion) and looking to build a strong foundation in financial planning, with exposure to planning software, reporting, and advisor support. There is opportunity for future growth into a client-facing advisory role for those interested in pursuing it over time.
