Customer Service Associate

We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our local, team-oriented agency.You'll be the day-to-day support for clients—helping with policy updates, answering questions, and making sure their coverage keeps up with their needs. This role is all about building relationships and delivering a great client experience.If you're positive, detail-focused, and enjoy helping people, this is a great opportunity to grow with our team.Bend, Prineville, and Brookings locations.Responsibilities:Make accurate modifications to consumer policies depending on the information suppliedHandle complaints, present appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the timeframes set, and follow up to ensure that the issue has been resolvedRespond to incoming calls concerning policy and insurance coverage concerns, as well as customer complaints and general questionsVerify new customers coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance paperworkFollow-up on client interactions in a thorough manner to ensure customer satisfactionIf not licensed in P&C, it would be a goal for you to get licensed in the first few months of employmentQualifications:Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documentsPrior work in a customer-facing position or customer service role is requiredBasic knowledge of insurance policy procedures and schedules is preferredPosition requires a high school diploma or GED equivalentExcellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skillsAbout Company:We are a team of people helping people.
