Business Development Representative

If you enjoy working with people and want to grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you.Bend, Prineville, and Brookings locations.Responsibilities:Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is currentGenerate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customersCommunicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipelineRecord monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being metExpand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographiesQualifications:2+ years of experience in sales or a similar roleStrong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skillsExperience using CRM software as part of the sales processHigh school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferredMust have a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel by carAbout Company:We are a team of people helping people.
