Senior Project Manager

This position will provide high-level oversight of approximately 150 FMD maintenance, construction, and renovation projects. Additionally, the Senior Project Manager is expected to retain direct responsibility for select highly complex projects to model best practices, provide real-time coaching, and effectively mentor Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers through hands-on leadership. This position will supervise a team of 5 project managers and will perform pre-construction coordination. This position will also review, track, and report on project schedules. This position requires staying abreast of the teams project status and keeping the supervisor informed of project status, schedule, and budget. This position will be out in the field as required for monitoring construction progress and making recommendations to the project managers.
