Sales Team Lead

The Team Lead is responsible for driving individual sales performance while providing day-to-day guidance, coaching, and support to Solutions Consultants. This role serves as a key liaison between the sales team and management, ensuring alignment on performance expectations, communication flow, and operational execution. The Team Lead balances personal production with leadership responsibilities, acting as a mentor, trainer, and escalation point for both clients and team members.Key ResponsibilitiesMentor, coach, and support Solutions Consultants to improve performance and call qualityAssist with onboarding and training of new hiresAct as the day-to-day point of contact for agents and handle escalated client callsMonitor team performance and provide feedback, including call reviews and coachingServe as liaison between Solutions Consultants and Sales Manager; escalate issues and supportprocess improvements.Conduct financial education sessions and communicate with clients via inbound/outbound calls todrive sales.Assess client financial situations and recommend tailored debt consolidation solutions; overcomeobjections and close sales.Manage personal pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up, documentation, and performanceEnsure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and sales expectationsKey Competencies:Excellent verbal, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsExcellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skillsStrong supervisory and leadership skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailProficient with SalesforceHigh level of accountability, professionalism, and problem-solving abilityEducation: Bachelor’s degree in business, Business Administration, or related field, or comparableRecord Of Sales Leadership Experience Required.At least three years of sales experience requiredWhy Work for Symple Lending:Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance after 60 daysPaid Training.
