About The RoleWe're hiring a Forward Deployed AI Engineer / Data Scientist to embed with client teams, map their data and workflows, and deliver production AI systems end-to-end.What You'll DoEmbed with client teams to scope and ship AI products in 2 week delivery sprintsBuild agentic workflows, RAG systems, and LLM pipelines using Azure AI FoundryDesign evals and feedback loops so systems actually improve in productionWrangle messy real-world data with APIs, SQL, Postgres, CSVs, PDFsTranslate fuzzy executive asks into measurable AI deliverablesShip products using AI tools like Cursor and Claude CodeRequired Qualifications3-5+ years shipping production AI/ML systemsHands-on experience with LLM platforms (i.e., Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or xAI Grok)Working knowledge of AI-native dev tools like Cursor and Claude CodeDemonstrated client-facing or cross-functional communication skillsBachelor's degree in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)Nice to HaveBackground in consulting or forward-deployed rolesBuilt and deployed agent systems in productionData visualization / dashboarding experienceMLOps, evals frameworks, or model observability experienceExperience building web apps and mobile apps (iOS preferred)Experience deploying models or agents on Azure AI Foundry, Vertex AI, or AWS BedrockCompensation & LogisticsCompetitive base salary, commensurate with experienceFull benefits: health, dental, vision, 401(k), HSA, PTOEmployment type: Full-time or 1099 contractReports to: Chief Information Officer
