The Channel Interactive Technology Team develops and manages a suite of systems, products and tools that enable premier in-store demo experiences for millions of Apple customers worldwide. As the In-Store Demo Experience Operations Program Manager, you will use your business and technical expertise to lead cross-functional scope related to program and partner readiness, risk mitigation, and implementation of key demo content experiences. An ideal candidate will embody an analytical and innovative approach, and the ability to prioritize and communicate effectively across both technical and business audiences. You can balance the needs of multiple teams and maintain a strong sense of empathy for your partners.Key Qualifications5+ years of experience across operational program management and/or project management in a cross-functional environment.Experience with continuous process improvement in a retail environment.Strong ability to influence without authority, identify and present concepts internally, and actively drive streamlined decision-making across partners.Self-starter who works efficiently in a multifaceted environment and is comfortable managing ambiguity while delivering projects to completion with minimal oversight.Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large data sets from many angles (both quantitative and qualitative), and make recommendations to cross-functional teams based on analysis.Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with presentation skills across project and leadership teams.Proficiency with Apple products and applications is preferred.DescriptionLead and track all critical activities across Geo and partner readiness on key feature launches across on-device demo experience initiatives. Identify new tools and process improvements for streamlining readiness processes. Liaise with the worldwide and in-market marketing teams to support special on-device content requests, ensuring clear communication of process, timelines, and deliverables. Lead an exhaustive on-device demo experience plan of record across all initiatives. Communicate project updates regularly to internal teams, cross-functional teams, and leadership, including status, roadblocks, and risk mitigation plans. Raise potential roadblocks with mitigation plans to leadership for alignment. Collaborate with Geo partners to gather feedback, and then prioritize and share feedback with relevant teams to drive continuous improvement to help meet shared goals. Support and drive key Interactive Tech operational readiness processes for new product introduction. Develop a strong understanding of the current trends and developments within the app economy/consumer electronics industry and use them to formulate insights that ultimately inform future platform roadmaps and content strategy.Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent education. MBA preferred.Pay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $131,300 and $197,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
