Front Office Special AssistantThe Front Office (FO) Special Assistant (SA) is a full-time position central to the coordination and smooth daily operation of the executive leadership team and associated FO activities. As part of the FO team, the SA will be in a trusted position to coordinate and manage activities related to a variety of sensitive topics to include mission, budget, and personnel. With a small but dynamic FO leadership team, the SA will need to be adaptable, resilient under pressure, and capable of operating independently.Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:Manage calendars for the executive leadership teamServe as a focal point for all facilities/space-related issues and projectsSchedule and manage upcoming major briefings and engagementsServe as a time and attendance time keeper for staff personnelCoordinate and order office suppliesProvide FO travel support, to include reservations, coordination, accounting, etc.Maintain phone lists, department messaging groups, and phone treesManage and coordinate the submission of the department's inputs to the weekly office activity summaryManage executive leadership's Brain Book inputs and updatesRequired:Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhDBachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, or 4 additional years of relevant technical experience may be accepted in lieu of degree;Active TS/SCI security clearance with PolygraphPrior customer experience with knowledge of customer applications, systems, tools, and protocolsExcellent communication and customer service skillsProven ability to effectively manage competing priorities as well as anticipate requirements and potential issuesDemonstrated sound judgment and discretionProven ability to adaptively prioritize time-sensitive issuesSelf-starter who is flexible and willing to meet the challenges and changing needs of a dynamic organizationProven track record of being a team player who is willing to pitch in and get the job doneDesired:Ability to support and/or lead planning of offsites and all-hands, support creationPeraton OverviewPeraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy.
