Position Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to join their growing agency team. This pivotal role involves managing and nurturing client relationships, planning and leading coordination efforts among biddable media, analytics, affiliate, and SEO teams, and delivering high-impact campaign strategies and presentations.
The ideal candidate will serve as the central point of contact for clients while orchestrating ongoing reporting, leading status meetings, proactively asking strategic questions, and continuously evaluating campaign performance. This role also contributes to new client pitches and supports the agency’s continued growth. A background in both digital and traditional advertising within an agency environment is highly preferred.
Responsibilities Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients , ensuring their needs, expectations, and performance goals are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Team Coordination
Seamlessly coordinate efforts across biddable media, affiliate, analytics, and SEO teams to ensure a cohesive and strategic approach to campaigns.
Manage workflows and project coordination; experience with Asana is preferred.
Campaign Management
Partner with media execution teams to develop and present comprehensive campaign plans , leveraging insights across both digital and traditional marketing channels.
Presentation and Reporting
Create and deliver clear, compelling presentations and performance reports , providing clients with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Meeting Leadership
Lead consistent client meetings and status updates , ensuring open communication and alignment on campaign goals and outcomes.
New Business Development
Support new client pitches and proposals , helping demonstrate the agency’s strategic approach and capabilities.
Collaborative Spirit
Work closely with internal teams to maintain a collaborative environment focused on shared success and strong client outcomes .
Qualifications Proven experience as a Client Success Manager or marketing strategist , preferably within a marketing or advertising agency
Strong understanding of digital and traditional advertising landscapes and industry trends
Exceptional client service, communication, and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to retain and grow client relationships
Strong leadership and organizational abilities , with experience coordinating cross-functional teams
Experience with campaign planning, performance analysis, and marketing strategy
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced agency environment
Experience with Asana or similar project management tools preferred
