Sales Director - North East Region

A company is looking for a Director of Sales - North & East Region. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive regional commercial strategy to drive growth and profitability Lead and coach a high-performing sales team while overseeing major commercial agreements and pricing strategies Build strategic relationships with key partners and provide insights for executive-level strategic planning Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 10-15 years of leadership experience in Sales and/or Marketing in growth-oriented environments Proven success in strategic account management and leading sales teams Hands-on experience in managing and optimizing commercial performance Preferred experience in aluminum extrusions or related industrial sectors
