Friday through Sunday, Real Estate Operations AssistantWe are a high-performing residential real estate team seeking a Weekend Real Estate Operations Assistant. This role supports weekend listing activity, marketing preparation, field operations, and basic administrative work. You'll be involved with properties at every stage of the process — whether they are coming soon, active, in escrow, or under contract.No real estate license required.What to Expect in This RoleWork takes place in the field and at team locationsTasks vary day-to-day depending on launches, showings, and vendor schedulesYou'll be entrusted with real property access and real responsibilitiesYou'll need to communicate clearly and professionallyYou'll be expected to follow instructions, manage checklists, and provide updatesYou'll be working independently once trained, with weekly support and structureThis is a great entry point for someone exploring a future in real estateJob Schedule and PayFriday, Saturday, and Sunday10–25 hours per week, depending on activity and seasonPay is $20-25 per hourResponsibilities:What You Will DoPreparing and printing marketing materials for new listingsCreating, updating, and organizing launch marketing boxesSupporting listings we oversee (active, coming soon, in escrow, or under contract)Covering property appointments on behalf of the team (showings, inspections, appraisals, vendor walk-throughs)Completing field visits for lease properties when neededHandling pickups, drop-offs, keys, lockboxes, signage, and other runner-style dutiesDriving by properties to confirm presentation, cleanliness, signage, and securityDocumenting activity with quick notes, photos, and timestampsOrganizing and maintaining our storage unit (supplies, staging, signage)Tracking sign inventory and ensuring counts stay accurateCompleting day-to-day administrative work connected to listingsOccasionally operating a U-Haul-sized box truckQualifications:Self motivated and able to perform tasks independentlyCan spend a large amount of time drivingProfessional in attitude and appearanceRequirementsReliable personal vehicleValid driver's licenseStrong communication skillsAbility to travel throughout Los Angeles County (and occasionally Orange County)Basic comfort with Google Drive, apps, photos, and digital notesAbility to lift and move materials when neededComfortable driving or learning to operate a U-Haul-sized vehicleAbout Company:Since teaming up in May 2012, The Berns Team has assisted over 1,300 families with their real estate needs.
