We strive to help all of our agents make 6 figures!ResponsibilitiesAdvise buyers and sellers on purchasing and selling properties at the best price and terms.Identify the needs of clients and propose the best possible course of actionWork with lenders, appraisers, inspectors, and escrow agents to facilitate the transactionCreate comparative market analyses (CMAs) to estimate properties valueShow properties and hold open housesPrepare contracts and other necessary paperworkMaintain an up-to-date list of available propertiesQualificationsCurrent real estate licenseProven work experience as a Real Estate Agent with a track record of closed dealsStrong sales, negotiation, and communication skillsDeep understanding of real estate law and leasing practicesUp-to-date on the local real estate market
