Job Description Label Area Sales Manager - MidwestJob DetailsTerritory: WI, IL, MN, ND, SD, IA, NE, MIOur client is seeking a dynamic and driven Aftermarket Label Sales Specialist to join their team in the Midwest area. In this role, you will play a key part in their success by building strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving the sales of their high-quality labels and aftermarket parts.Scope of work:Promote and sell aftermarket products, including labels, inks and ribbons, to meet and exceed sales targets.Develop and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met ethically and profitably.Support national accounts as requiredFollow up promptly on leads provided by the company, turning them into new business opportunities.Maintain and manage a comprehensive and accurate database of prospects and customers to drive sales activities.Prepare professional proposals and quotes that align with the company&#39;s pricing and standard guidelines.Create and submit reports in accordance with the company&#39;s reporting requirements to track progress and results.Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay informed on company products, services, and sales strategies.Stay up-to-date on industry trends from both a market and technical perspective to provide the best solutions to customers.Qualifications needed:College education or proven sales experience and documented successAbility to identify customer needs and match their solution with company product/servicesKnowledge of industry and applicationsComputer literacy, especially with MS OfficeAbility to be on the road visiting prospective clients, current customers, vendors, etc. approximately 50% of the timeMust have own, dependable vehicle and good driving recordAbility to conduct business in an ethical, successful mannerSelf-motivated, strong desire to achieve personal professional growthStrong technical, communication and organizational skillsMaintain work-life balanceWhat can they offer:Base salary and lucrative commission plan bringing first year earnings to $120-160kMileage for the use of your personal vehicleCompany credit card for travel expensesCell phone, laptopExcellent trainingOutstanding benefitsException company culture
