Psychotherapist (LPCC-S, LPC, LCSW) – Radiant Minds Behavioral Health ServicesLocation: Madison, WIEmployment Type: Full-TimeRadiant Minds Behavioral Health Services is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and collaborative Psychotherapist (LPCC-S, LPC, LCSW) to help shape our growing clinical team. Candidates with training or licensure related to substance use disorders are especially encouraged to apply.As an early clinical leader within Radiant Minds, the Supervising Psychotherapist will play an essential role in establishing a culture of excellence, empathy, and professional growth. We are seeking someone who is clinically solid, dedicated to client well-being, comfortable working with diverse populations, and excited to help cultivate a supportive and ethical learning environment for new clinicians.ResponsibilitiesProvide individual and group psychotherapy for youth, adolescents, and adults, addressing a wide range of mental health and substance use concerns.Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, maintain timely documentation, and coordinate care as clinically indicated.(optional) Offer clinical supervision for therapists and trainees as the practice grows, ensuring high standards of care and adherence to ethical guidelines.Utilize trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.Collaborate with staff and community partners to support integrated treatment for co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education to foster an engaged and learning-oriented clinical culture.Support program development, quality improvement efforts, and best-practice initiatives within the organization.Maintain licensure, supervision credentials, and compliance with state regulatory requirements.Required QualificationsActive LPC, LCSW, or other equivalent clinical counseling license.(optional) Active LPCC-S (or equivalent supervisory-level clinical counseling license) in Wisconsin.Demonstrated experience providing psychotherapy to youth and adults.Competence using trauma-informed, evidence-based, and multicultural counseling approaches.Experience with group therapy facilitation.Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Preferred / Bonus QualificationsTraining, certification, or licensure related to substance use counseling (SUD) or co-occurring disorders.Experience supervising or mentoring clinicians or trainees.Familiarity with a range of therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, family therapy, etc.).Experience working in community mental health, integrated care, or outpatient behavioral health settings.What We OfferA supportive environment where your expertise and leadership shape the future of our practice.Competitive compensation and benefits (tailored to experience), starting between $40-55 per hour for non-supervising counselors, $55-65 per hour for supervising counselors.Flexible schedule and opportunity for hybrid work.Opportunities for professional development, training, and growth.A mission-driven community focused on making high-quality behavioral health care accessible and compassionate.
