Apply today to take the next step in your finance leadership career.Pay, Schedule, and LocationStarting salary: $150,000 annuallySchedule: Full-time, in-office roleLocation: Houston, TXDuties and ResponsibilitiesManage company cash operations, banking services, and operating cash forecastsAdminister reserve-based credit facility including compliance reporting and lender coordinationSupport executive leadership with banking relationships and semi-annual bank meeting materialsMonitor counterparty credit exposure and perform credit analysisManage corporate credit card program and ensure compliance with company policiesMaintain adherence to Delegation of Authority policies and proceduresAdminister reporting and documentation for commodity and interest rate hedging activitiesAssist with mark-to-market reporting, controls, and audit supportSupport internal and external audits related to treasury and hedgingManage property and casualty insurance programs and annual renewalsMaintain documentation for insurance policies, certificates, and endorsementsTrack and manage insurance claims and provide management reportingCoordinate contractual risk transfer reviews and insurance documentationAdminister driver safety policy, telematics compliance, and safe-driving programsCoordinate compliance with drug and alcohol testing programs with HR and EHSAnalyze risk exposure and support safety and loss prevention initiativesLead treasury-related process and system improvementsDevelop and maintain treasury, insurance, and risk management policiesRecruit, coach, and evaluate treasury staff and support professional developmentParticipate in Finance and Strategic Planning department goal settingSupport executive leadership with financial analyses and special projects as neededRequirements and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration8–12+ years of treasury or corporate finance experienceCash flow forecasting and liquidity managementCredit facility administration (reserve-based or asset-based)Banking relationships and lender communicationsCommodity and/or interest rate hedgingCounterparty credit analysis and risk managementProven ability to manage complex financial responsibilities independentlyStrong written and verbal communication skills with executive-level interactionDemonstrated accountability, ownership, and execution disciplineExperience in oil & gas, oilfield services, midstream, or related energy sectorsPrior leadership or supervisory experienceMBA or Master’s degree in FinanceProfessional certifications such as CTP, CPA, or CFAExperience with policy development, internal controls, audit processes, and process improvement--(Salary range based on experience)--ABOUT ACCURATE PERSONNELDo you need your next job fast?
